Kelley Mack, known for her role as Addy in Season 9 of The Walking Dead, has passed away after a battle with a central nervous system glioma.
According to People, Kelley Mack, born Kelley Klebenow, died on August 2 after being diagnosed with a glioma affecting the central nervous system. She appeared as Addy in Season 9 of The Walking Dead.
Her family confirmed the news via Kelley Mack’s social media on August 5.
“We are heartbroken to share the passing of our beloved Kelley. Such a bright, passionate light has moved on to the next world, the one we all eventually journey to,” read the most recent post on Mack’s Instagram account.

Both the Instagram post and her obituary stated that Mack “passed peacefully in the arms of her family.”
Before her passing, Mack had taken on 35 acting roles and worked on 5 projects as a producer. She portrayed Addy in Season 9 of The Walking Dead, a series that ran for 11 seasons from 2010 until its final episode in 2022.
She was also cast as Penelope Jacobs in Season 8 of Chicago Med and appeared in FOX’s TV series 9-1-1. Her film credits include Broadcast Signal Intrusion and the recently released Delicate Arch. Her final role was Ricky in an upcoming film from Universal.
Mack graduated from Hinsdale Central High School in 2010 and earned her bachelor’s degree in Film in 2014 from Dodge College of Film and Media Arts at Chapman University in Orange, California.
